ACUITAS engagements to date have included the following projects:
Queensland Health ieMR (integrated electronic Medical Record) Project - The ieMR project is the largest IT project currently undertaken by Queensland Government, with a total budget of over $400M over 4 major project releases. ACUITAS provided the Architecture lead for the Hosting and Managed Services (HMS) aspect of ieMR Release One. HMS was a $70M contract that addressed the integrated of the complex Queensland Health IT environment with the external hosted services provided by Cerner Corporation, who provide the electronic medical record solution. ACUITAS is currently working with Release Two of this project within a clinical specialty area.
Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) tender - ACUITAS provided the Enterprise Architecture subject matter expertise to this UXC led tender response for GCUH, which is a new $2B digital hospital. UXC is the largest Australian owned Systems Integrator with an annual turnover of over $600M. The Enterprise Architecture contribution was one of the major differentiating factors in the UXC bid; UXC was successful in securing this $47M tender, which remains the largest tender win in UXC's corporate history.
ACUITAS is currently working with both prospective client organisations and channel companies with respect to its ΣGO solution. Although there are currently no reference sites, our supplier and investor Biarri have an enviable proven track record in the delivery of their optimisation solutions. For their success in significantly reducing costs for the National Broadband Network, Biarri are one of a few selected nominees for a world-wide Operations Research Award for Excellence.
